nalu means wave. the patterns of breath are like waves. from sharp to smooth, from rugged to an even flow. in this state of even flow our minds are at peace. we are in our now. we find the ideal momentum of endless unfolding. in order to experience these deeply joyful moments - however frequent or rare they may be - a regular practice of Yoga, of the tapas and asanas, is vital. it's a commitment to ourselves.
